This is Bilateral Subcutaneous Mastectomy for Pseudogynecomastia.
Pseudogynecomastia is a condition in which the male breast area has excess adipose (fat) tissue behind, around and under the nipples. Contrary to Gynecomastia Glandular mammary tissue is not enlarged.
Pseudogynecomastia can cause physical and psychological problems thus demanding Intervention. Liposuction + Reconstruction or Upfront Subcutaneous Mastectomy are two mainstay Treatment Options.
