Microsurgical Varicocelectomy also known as microscopic subinguinal varicocelectomy is the standard approach and considered Gold Standard to manage varicocele as it has most success and least recurrence rate among all available techniques.
Additionally there is better visualization and preservation of lymphatics preventing post-op scrotal adema and secondary hydrocele
